This is a bit of a belated review due to my part not ever writing a review much less follow up with one. Never the less, as we are in the process of entering our first winter season in our new home, I have to acknowledge service when it is at it’s best!

I had an FHA loan and wanted to refinance since the rates had dropped and was hoping that I could get a conventional loan so that I would eliminate the MIP. My previous lender only offered me to do a streamline financing and would have had to keep paying the MIP. I contacted the original lender on my house and he connected me with Jennifer Rudnicki. Jennifer was on it. She responded to emails right away and got me approved for a conventional loan with a lower rate than my previous lender had offered. Needless to say, I was thrilled. Throughout the whole process I was provided with a prompt and excellent service. The refinancing went smoothly and she worked with my schedule. I am a happy customer and would definitely recommend to others I know.

I don't think there is anyone that works harder than Stephen. He truly cares about his clients and their needs and he makes sure the homebuying process is absolutely seamless from start to finish.
